Mural artist Alessandro Battisti, also known as ETNIK, currently lives in Italy working on large scale wall murals, illustrations, and toy designs. His pop colored geometric elements seem to float off of the walls, making a 2-dimensional wall seem like a vast space. ETNIK is a self-taught artist that started realizing his personal vision in the 1980s. He has been inspired by the underground culture of Florence and graffiti artists since the 1990s. His own distinct style conveys the artist’s unique perspective that he has on the city environment. - Jane Kenoyer
